CURRENT OPENINGS

Estimator:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for calculating accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering various factors like materials, labor, and equipment. Your role involves collaborating with project management and sales teams to prepare competitive bid proposals, analyze project costs, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Office Assistant:

As an Office Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various office tasks, helping to maintain an efficient and organized work environment.

Project Manager:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. Your role involves managing budgets, schedules, and resources, while also liaising with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Crew Leader:

The Maintenance Foreman/Crew Leader must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of Landscape Maintenance, including cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, weed whacking, bed maintenance, fertilizing, etc.; operating all equipment, ordering correct materials; and interfacing with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Requires minimal supervision and performs all functions safely while directing a crew of two to four employees.

Laborer:

The Maintenance Basic Laborer must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions given by the Crew Leader. Needed for mowing, edging, de-weeding, and blowing commercial and residential properties.

Pressure Washing Technician:

The Pressure Washing/Lawn Technician must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions. For Lawn maintenance and as needed Bus Stop Maintenance throughout Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties

Janitorial Technician:

As a Janitorial Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in commercial or residential spaces. Your duties may include cleaning floors, restrooms, common areas, and disposing of trash, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for occupants.
